Vendor booth space is $100 and payable at the time of application
Vendors will be allowed an area approximately 6' x 6' for product displays. A 6' banquet table with linen can be ordered prior to the event. Space will be assigned prior to arrival with no changes made without iWerx permission.
Set up time will be Friday, Dec. 1, from 12:00 - 5:00pm and Saturday, Dec. 2 at 7:00am. Vendors must be ready to receive guests and sell by 10:00am. We ask that vendors do not start tearing down until 5:00pm day of show. All money and tax are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Vendors are required to use designated parking on the corner of Clay Street and 15th Street.
I UNDERSTAND and AGREE that iWerx and its partners will not be held liable for accidents, theft, damage, or loss during the said date of event. Cancellation refunds ill not be made after Nov. 15, 2017.
